Plants are so good for us physically, and they can be so much more. It's the relationship, the noticing of subtle "plant talk" that is soul-nourishing.❤️
Honoring that, this is a smoothie I like to make. I combine frozen kale or spinach with vanilla protein powder, frozen berries, mango, cucumber, celery, almond milk, a few drops of lemon essential oil, chia seeds, avocado, and fresh herbs, (especially mint).🌱
The avocado helps it get that creamy texture that ice cream lovers know oh-so-well. It's definitely a summer favorite for our family to enjoy outside in the heat, and also feels great after a workout.🥑
